We live and learn

We recently sent all our members a survey last month which allowed us to look long and hard at how we can continue to improve BRUU. So firstly thank you to everyone that completed it. We listened to every comment and to prove it made some exciting announcements.

Firstly we have increased the number of teas we send our members each month whilst keeping our monthly price the same. In addition our tea experts are going to cast their loose (tea) nets further afield so we can offer a larger variety of tea blends and introduce our members to an even larger collection of tea.

From now on each delivery will also include some literature helping to educate our members on our teas and progress in general. We have also been told that each month our members get excited when their box of BRUU arrives so we are going to do more to make each box as interesting as possible.

Lastly we are also making some updates to our website so that members can update preferences online whilst being able to order more of our tea on the fly.

This is just the beginnning and we are committed to constantly improvements so stay tuned.
