When will your tea arrive
You'll receive your teas within a few days after placing your order, and starting from next month, your tea box will arrive on the same day you made your initial purchase.
How we take payment
We take your first months payment now and then automatically charge your card every month until you tell us to stop; which you can do at anytime. Monthly payments are taken near the end of every month.
How we choose your tea
Our experts choose which teas to send you based on freshness, flavour and the types you already drink.
We have literally 1000's of different teas available to us, ranging from plain teas to special blends. We'll send you mystery teas each month so that you can try as many as possible.
For example, if you like green tea, we might send you some Organic Gun Powder Green Tea, or it might be a green tea blended with fresh lemon and ginger. One thing you can guarantee is it will be packed full of flavour and healthy natural ingredients.

- You will get your tea around the 1st of every month give or take a few days for holidays. We will let you know when it is on its way. And of course, delivery is free of charge to the UK. For delivery outside of the UK a monthly international delivery charge of £4.99 is applied at the checkout and then every month you continue to be a member.
- We take your first months payment now upfront and then charge your card towards the end of every month until you tell us to stop. All payments are processed through Sagepay using their secure network which guarantees your security at all times. We never see or store your card information.
- If you are not happy for whatever reason with your tea membership you can cancel at anytime or pause it if you are away.
