How our drink hits the senses:
Whilst sitting dry in its container waiting to become your BRUU;
Jasmine can be slightly over powering but not here. Our blenders have performed their magic balancing act once again. The sweet floral aroma is prominent with each inhale but take a longer deeper sniff and the nose will begin to sense that gorgeous oxidised green leafy essence.
As the drink is BRUUing;
As the drink stands, the warm floral essence becomes one with the green leaves. Jasmine is well known for its calming effect. Sit back and enjoy some time to yourself. Remember to only infuse for 30 seconds or the beverage will become bitter and harsh.
The taste journey;
Such a gentle intelligent blend this. The loose leaves gently liven up in unison and create a pleasurable unimposing sencha dream. A classic Bruu.
