A uniquely juicy plum flavoured mild Ti Kuan Yin Oolong. Teal in colour with a bubble-gum smell.
Why do we love it
Large, sun-ripened plum quarters and juicy plum aromas with a flowery touch, combined with the unique flavour of our mild Ti Kuan Yin Oolong and invoke blues of the very different kind.
Where it’s from
Celesteal tea is a modernist approach to traditional Chinese Oolong. Whilst the tea leaves are grown in a traditional tea plantation up in the northern region of the country, the plums are grown in the warmer south-eastern region.
How our drink hits the senses:
As Celesteal is BRUUing the fragrance fills the senses. It captures the most compatible aspects of the fruitiness and combines it seamlessly with the oolong tea. Lots of sweet-tart notes and plenty of body. The herbal taste hits your tongue first, chased by the gentle fruit undertones from the plum and apple pieces, reminiscent of a delicious fruit smoothie.
